haha, yea, i'm finally back after what seems like a thousand years. i can say i haven been blogging bcos of a lot of reasons; one, like i've mentioned earlier, i'm still sick but much much beta den last week already; two, it is real tiring and demanding to be a teacher even though i'm only a relief so not much energy left to blog; three, by the time i reach home there is only time for me to bath, eat, catch a bit of tv and then slp so i haven been gg online either. :P four, so much has happened to every single day of my life for e past few weeks it'll take weeks for me to type them down so sian diao liaoz, heez. haha, so now, making full use of e long cny hols tt i finally arrive at, i'll blog as much about what has happened as possible ba.

teaching! haha, despite all e ups and downs, i'm still enthusiastic bout teaching thou it's inevitable tt i'll complain out loud quite many times. :P it gives u a strong sense of satisfaction and accomplishment when u see good works of ur students or improvements in attitude/work. i'm teaching three different groups of students so i get quite a rich experience from teaching them. haha, e 3 grps of students are all different in their very own way, but still lovable in their very own way once again. let's start with e hcl class, althou they weren't responsive in class when i needed them to, they were a great bunch of students as i dun ever have to worry bout them not handing hw automatically. mayb cos i got a great chi rep for e class whom i think is e best chi rep i can ever get, she is jus so sweet, thoughtful, trustable and responsible!!! oh man, e best gal i can ever have for a chi rep. ;) thou they a bit too quiet, i can sense a gradual warming up to me in class as time pass by which is comforting. :)

then there is e more problematic express chi class, got some with a bit attitude problem but all in all not very serious which i'm very thankful for. one big problem i face in tt class is tt they always like to talk in english blatantly suring my class like i'm invisible! thus i was pissed and gave them a piece of my mind after which e situation improved. haha, tt class qt cute in e sense tt they're more responsive in a nonsensical way. hahaha. i really hope to be able to pass on my passion for chinese in this class as there are quite a number who really dun like chinese de. if i'm able to do tt during e period i'm in anderson, i'll b real proud of myself liaoz, hehehe.

lastly, e most noisy and problematic class, e N(T) class. haiz, they're very noisy, playful, inattentive, restless and troublesome. almost everytime after lesson with them will have headache one. haha, but they're still able to be controlled as they're only in sec1. but they're also a good batch of students in e sense tt they're very responsive and helpful. just pray tt i can come up with sth to stop them from talking unnecessarily during lessons and not handing up hw punctually, if not i'll go crazy teaching them lohz, haha.. also, very sad and bad to say tt til now, i haven been able to link all e faces of my students to their names as yet! ah.. feel so guilty, failed e 1st step of being a good teacher in my opinion. nvm, i shall give myself to e end of january to rmb their names!!! hopefully my brain capacity doesnt fail me..

marking student's work is really highly energy consuming as i have to struggle at times to read e student's handwriting or to figure out wat he/she is trying to say/express exactly. i especially hate marking chinese compos and compres! sooo horrible!!! always forcing myself to move on from one para to another/from one qn to another.. haiz.. i guess tt's e worst part of teaching ba. most torturous, but still can handle. :) i like being a lower sec teacher as his/her main motive is to stir e student's interest in tt particular subject to motivate him/her to continue pursuing tt subject when he/she moves on in his/her education life. haha, i like it when i find outside but interesting chinese materials for them to read! it gets me so excited! haha, and it feels best when u know tt e students actually like e materials and would want u to cont photocopying! hahaha. even thou i get paper cuts from printin all those stuff, it is worth it in e end! haha. :P btw, i also like pasting stickers on my students work when they do well!!! haha, so fun!!! haha, i know its childish but it adds colour to life ma, lohz. haha, i also try to write as much comments as possible to encourage them on, but tt takes a lot of extra time so can only try my best to lohz. ;)

starting to feel increasingly attached to e students and teachers there.. they're all so nice.. afraid to think of e day when i have to leave all of them once again.. my students.. my jnrs.. my teachers.. my friends.. oh man.. haiz.. nvm.. shall stop thinking bout those and enjoy every single day of my teaching career!!! :) all take care and happy chinese new year~~~!!!!!
