It is really hard to attain a balance between being a nice and strict teacher.. if you're too nice to ur students, they take it for granted that u're still their teacher so in e end doesn't do ur work or take u seriously.. which means bad bad bad when u want to collect their work or teach proper lessons in class.. if you're too strict with ur students, they start to hate u and go against whatever u say and even go to e extent of scolding u in their book or sms.. which also means bad bad as u wont be able to have a good or easy time to teach them in e future.. til now, i'm still struggling to attain a balance.. but failing to do so most of e time as i'm after all human and i do err.. being e perfect teacher is an impossible task as we all have qualities that will affect e way we behave or act thus becoming not perfect. seriously, it is not easy being a teacher, and even harder if u want to be a good teacher to ur students in all ways.. u have to pay.. so to all out there, no matter how much u hate some teachers, give them e most basic respect as they deserve it for taking up this role in society.. i regret not treating my teachers better in e past now that i know how great it is of them to be a teacher.. i'll still work hard! my students are my emotion controllers now~ :)
